DerrickROWBOTHAMIt is with great sadness to announce than on 31st January 2026 whilsts in the care of Glyn Thomas Care Home,
Derrick passed away peacefully, aged 95 years.

A much loved husband to the late Patricia,
Derrick was also a good friend to many and will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

A celebration of Derrick's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium
at Treasured Memories on Wednesday 18th February at 1.pm.

I worked with Derrick for a number of years and was a friend with both he and his wife Pat for even longer. He stood out from the crowd, polite, friendly, very well spoken and so welcoming to visitors. Derrick, in short, played a good innings, always with a straight bat. God speed.
